Giovanni Scarafile is Associate Professor in Applied Ethics at the University of Pisa and Liu Boming Professor at the University of Nanjing NJU. Editor of the editorial series Controversies. Ethics and Interdisciplinarity – John Benjamins Publishing Company. He is a member of the Steering Committee of FISP, the Vice President of IASC (International Association for the Study of Controversies) and the General Secretary of SIFM (Italian Society of Moral Philosophy). His research interests include moral philosophy, interdisciplinarity, ethics of images, Leibniz’s theodicy.
