Heisook Kim (Ph.D., University of Chicago) is Professor of philosophy at Ewha Womans University, Korea.  Her areas of interest range from epistemology/philosophical methodology to philosophy of art and feminist philosophy. Trained in the tradition of Western philosophy, she tries to incorporate thoughts of the Eastern philosophical tradition in her works.  She recently published A Contemporary Interpretation of Yinyang (2014). She has been President of the Korean Philosophical Association, President of Korean Association of Feminist Philosophy and President of Korean Analytic Philosophy.
