Mogobe Bernard Ramose

Mogobe Ramose is currently Professor Extraordinarius in the Department of Philosophy, University of South Africa. He lectured in Philosophy of Law in Tilburg University, The Netherlands and was Research Fellow in the Centre for Research into the Foundations of Law, Louvain University (KUL), Belgium. He lectured in African Philosophy and Ethics in the University of Zimbabwe and Philosophy and Development in Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia. His many publications include: Only the Sovereign may Declare War but NATO as well; I conquer, therefore, I am the sovereign; Reconciliation and Reconfiliation in South Africa; and African Philosophy Through Ubuntu.
